Working Nurses Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to streamline admissions for home-health patients. You will bridge the sales, intake, and scheduling teams while guiding patients and families through onboarding.

In this role you will enter referrals into the EHR, track statuses, coordinate initial visits, and provide timely administrative support to the sales team. Join us to improve patient experience and referral outcomes.

Formación

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably intake, scheduling, or home health.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR/EMR systems.
• Customer-service oriented with a commitment to improving patient experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review incoming patient referrals to ensure timely entry.
• Coordinate with scheduling and clinical teams to schedule initial visits promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, families, and referral sources through onboarding.
• Provide administrative support including managing referral documentation and tracking statuses.
• Communicate with Sales Team and Marketers to gather patient information and referrals.
• Act as liaison between sales and intake teams and provide progress updates.
• Prepare reports on referral trends and onboarding metrics.
