Responsibilities

• Lead management and patient follow-up across multiple referral sources.
• Monitor and respond to new leads in Salesforce and other channels within 24 hours when possible.
• Coordinate intake appointments and ensure accurate data collection in systems.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of calls, messages, and appointments.
• Assist with outreach coordination and lead-generation activities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality in all communications.
• Support scheduling, event logistics, and pipeline development for outreach efforts.
