Job summary

Helpware is seeking a Patient Onboarding Specialist to guide newly registered patients from enrollment to Active status, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and HIPAA compliance.

You will coordinate device choices and reporting methods, document outreach in the CRM, and collaborate with PMCs to resolve insurance questions, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining high engagement and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient onboarding or healthcare enrollment.
• Experience with Medicare-age and older demographics.
• Ability to identify objections and prevent opt-outs by addressing concerns.
• Familiarity with RTM/RPM program structures and remote monitoring workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey from registration through Active status, compressing timelines.
• Identify hesitant patients and document concerns for proactive response.
• Coordinate device and reporting methods based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with PMCs on handoffs and CRM updates; escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and use approved patient-centered outreach language.
