Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Patient Observation in managing day-to-day operations and staff performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline associates.
• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical departments to align services with hospital needs.
• Maintain records and performance data for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Ensure timely financial and operational data to track budgets and productivity.
