Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred; some college or equivalent management experience accepted.
• Experience managing frontline associates preferred.
• Strong customer service background with relationship management skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team in a hospital setting.
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and support decisions.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Patient Observation in daily operations and staff performance.
• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline associates.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate departmental activities and workflows.
• Collaborate with nursing and support departments to align services.
• Maintain records and performance data for admin and regulatory purposes.
• Monitor budgets and productivity data.
• Assist in training and orientation for safety and patient handling.
• Operate transport/observation software and communication tools.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, CDC standards.
• Foster teamwork and service excellence.
• Support achievement of patient satisfaction and service metrics.
• Oversee add-on services where applicable.
