Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in food service, as a dietary clerk, or in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take patient meal orders.
• Record patient orders using software.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and Nutrition team for patient meals.
• Uphold privacy, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow ARAMARK policies and local regulations.
