Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Dietary Worker to support patients by handling phone orders and using software to record meal requests. The role acts as a liaison to clinical and nutrition teams to ensure accurate patient meals while upholding privacy and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service or call center experience, can communicate clearly in English, and is adaptable to changes in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
• Experience in food service or dietary roles is a plus
• Fluency in English; bilingual/multilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a fast-paced environment and document patient orders
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and Food & Nutrition teams for patient meals
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety and sanitation standards
• Use software to record patient orders and track meal requests
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and guide calls appropriately
• Ensure accurate processing of therapeutic diet orders
• Adhere to ARAMARK policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain records to comply with local, state, and federal regulations
