HALO Precision Diagnostics in Westminster, CO seeks a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing. You will educate patients, coordinate care, and perform venipuncture while collaborating with clinicians to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes patient experience, insurance verification, and efficient workflow across partner sites. In-person, weekday schedule with benefits and stock options available.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front office or back office).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through education, scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up while ensuring a compassionate experience.
• Build relationships with partner site staff and clinical teams, supporting daily workflow integration.
• Own patient cases, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure timely testing and completion.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing, ensuring proper labeling and transport.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
