Qualifications

• Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Previous experience in medical reception or administrative support roles.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and doctor's offices, providing customer support.
• Handle phone systems, directing calls and taking messages.
• Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Support medical reception duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
• Utilize Google Suite for documents, data management, and communication.
• Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Assist with onboarding of new personnel.
• Work with claims department to ensure receivables are paid timely.
