Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics in Longmont, CO is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing. This full-time, in-person role includes phlebotomy and education, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a compassionate patient experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package and stock options in a fast-growing healthcare tech

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a patient-facing setting.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing and education.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for testing.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
