Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) in Castle Rock, CO. This full-time, in-person role supports hereditary cancer testing and patient care.

You'll collect blood specimens, educate patients through the testing process, coordinate scheduling, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while collaborating with clinical teams and partner locations. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a front-office or back-office setting.
• 2+ years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Strong communication and patient-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Collecting blood specimens for genetic testing.
• Educating and supporting patients throughout the testing process.
• Building relationships with clinical teams and partner locations.
• Coordinating scheduling, follow-ups, and patient cases.
• Helping patients understand hereditary cancer testing.
• Problem-solving when things don’t go as planned.
• Keeping documentation accurate and compliant.
• Be the person patients can count on.
