Valley Health System is seeking a Patient Navigator to assist patients through the health system, coordinating with nurses and teams to ensure timely screening, diagnosis, and treatment. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and patient-centered service.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree (or higher), Navigator certification (preferred or within 1 year), and fluency in English, with strong organizational skills. Day shift at Luckow Pavilion, benefits available.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred; navigator certification preferred or obtained within 1 year.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
• Proficiency with a computer and fluent English.
