HALO Diagnostics in San Clemente, CA, is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) for hereditary cancer testing. This full-time, in-person role focuses on patient education, care coordination, and phlebotomy support within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front office or back office).
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing and phlebotomy steps.
• Provide patient education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as primary patient contact to ensure a supportive, informed experience.
• Collect blood specimens and ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport.
