HALO Precision Diagnostics (HALO Dx) is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, provide education, coordinate care, and collect specimens in Corpus Christi, TX.

This full-time, in-person role includes phlebotomy, scheduling, insurance verification support, and serving as the primary contact for patients and partner sites. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; comprehensive benefits and stock options are offered.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide clear, compassionate education on testing procedures and next steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure a supportive and informed experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
