HALO Precision Diagnostics (HALO Dx) seeks a Patient Navigator in Houston, TX. This full-time, in-person role combines patient education, care coordination, and phlebotomy to support hereditary cancer testing. You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a high-quality patient experience.

Requirements include nationally certified phlebotomist with 2+ years clinical experience, BLS, and insurance verification comfort. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing
• Provide patient education and care coordination
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance
