Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a medical office required.

• Ability to establish and develop positive and collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for visits across departments.
• Administer screenings and intake assessments as needed.
• Monitor treatment plan adherence and follow up with patients.
• Triage patient phone calls and coordinate inpatient care as needed.
• Develop and maintain community resource lists and provide patient support.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance.
