Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a medical office.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Schedules patients for visits across departments.
• Administers screenings and intake assessments as needed.
• Monitors treatment plan adherence and triages patient calls.
• Coordinates inpatient care as needed and develops community resource lists.
• Greets patients/visitors professionally, in person or by phone.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
