Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Patient Navigation Specialist in the United States to coordinate logistics for NavDx testing, including scheduling mobile blood draws and working with phlebotomy vendors.

You will support patients and physicians as orders are placed and ensure timely case updates in Salesforce. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to new tools and processes.
• Experience in a client-facing, administrative, or operations support role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for patients requiring mobile blood draws.
• Coordinate scheduling between patients and mobile phlebotomy vendors.
• Monitor and update case statuses in Salesforce.
• Reach out to patients to collect missing information or reschedule as needed.
• Provide exceptional service and guidance to patients throughout the testing process.
• Escalate clinical questions to the appropriate internal contact.
• Maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce.
• Provide backup support to the Senior Patient Navigation Specialist when needed.
