Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Oversees daily patient meal operations and ensures high‑quality service.
- Partners with nursing to educate and align with dietary guidelines.
- Leads therapeutic diet training and ensures provider orders are followed.
- Implements clinical best practices and cost‑effective service delivery.
- Manages HR functions: hiring, training, coaching, and discipline.
- Monitors food safety and regulatory compliance; improves quality scores.
