The role requires a Registered Dietitian, leadership experience, and strong communication skills to mentor caregivers and improve patient satisfaction. Denver, CO-based, full-time position with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Dietetics, Nutrition or Management.
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 6 months of hire.
• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification is required by first day of work (in UT/ID).
• ServSafe certification within 90 days if not current.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with office software and scheduling systems.
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Manages daily operations of patient meal services.
• Partners with nursing to educate and follow guidelines for patient needs.
• Leads patient meal areas and trains in therapeutic diets.
• Coordinates with frontline caregivers to follow provider orders.
• Implements clinical best practices to deliver care at appropriate cost.
• Provides value-based leadership to establish high-functioning teams.
• Handles HR functions including hiring, training, mentoring, evaluations, discipline.
• Ensures food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitors quality and satisfaction scores and plans improvements.
• Communicates nutrition expertise with clinical teams.
• Works with clinical team on patient diet orders and concerns.
