The role emphasizes friendly customer service, adherence to dietary orders, and maintaining sanitation standards in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Ideal candidates have food handling experience, a valid food handlers' card, and flexible availability to cover varied shifts, including 11:30am-8pm as needed.

Formación

• Requires reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Experience in nutrition services is helpful.
• Food handlers' card is required within 30 days of hire where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Visit patients to obtain or discuss menu selections and record daily meals.
• Assist with setting up tray stations and assembling patient trays.
• Deliver meals and handle special requests and snacks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with nursing and dietetics staff to fulfill dietary orders.
