Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with reading, writing, and math skills.
• 1–2 years of related experience in nutrition services or call center environment is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process all room service calls and enter daily patient meal selections and preferences for multiple facilities.
• Understand and utilize culinary systems related to modified diets and menus; request Diet Tech or Dietitian assistance when needed.
• Handle high volume calls professionally, following facility guidelines and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and communicate dietary information effectively.
• Follow up on diet/allergy order concerns using Cerner and coordinate with nursing partners when needed.
• Complete daily missed meal reports and outbound calls to ensure proper patient nutrition.
• Use Banner’s payment system to collect revenue while adhering to PCI DSS requirements.
• Interact with patients, families, food service staff, nurses, and dietitians to ensure accurate meal service.
