AdventHealth in Celebration, Florida is seeking a part-time dietary assistant to guide patients through meal ordering and ensure accuracy of trays according to prescribed diets. You will perform rounds with nursing staff to resolve foodservice concerns, assemble and deliver meals, and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.

The role requires effective English communication, customer service skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

Able to communicate in English (required).
Ability to communicate with customers, in person and over the phone, professionally and efficiently (required).
Ability to handle customer interactions promptly and kindly (required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (required).
Ability to use common software/hardware (e.g., iPad, Toughbook) (required).
Knowledge of therapeutic diets (preferred).
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Mansioni

Guide patients through the meal ordering process using a computerized diet office system.
Verify patient identifiers during meal delivery and ensure tray accuracy.
Round on patients and nursing staff to identify and resolve foodservice concerns.
Assemble and deliver trays according to therapeutic diet guidelines and standards.
Perform physically active duties and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
