Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new patient intake process from referral through appointment scheduling.
• Verify patient demographics, referral information, and required medical documentation for completeness.
• Enter and update patient information accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and internal departments regarding referral and scheduling updates.
