Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, database and internet applications.
• Light, accurate keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-desk support for clinical intake operations.
• Greet patients, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Schedule routine appointments and follow-ups not requiring pre-authorization.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist patients with enrollment in Patient Secure and maintain intake data.
• Maintain appointment confirmations and scheduling accuracy.
• Handle patient documents, HIPAA, MSPQ, ABN, and related forms.
• Support staff with intake duties and training as needed.
