• 3 years of insurance verification in medical field.
• Experience building rapport with patients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits, gather intake documentation, and submit authorizations.
• Liaise between staff and families to keep paperwork current and renewals on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and help clients navigate the process.
• Maintain compliance with insurance requirements and accurate submissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and insurers.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
