Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator in Bryn Mawr, PA to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, recruitment, and client services for our autism therapy program. This role collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to maintain service flow and census growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating intake, ensuring insurance eligibility, maintaining documentation, and supporting billing processes while delivering exceptional customer service to families and staff.
