Job summary

Owens is seeking an Intake Specialist/Field Technician to support patients from initial referral through equipment delivery and ongoing service in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will act as the key link between patients, clinicians, insurers, and internal teams to ensure accurate orders, complete documentation, and timely, compassionate service.

The role may include equipment deliveries, patient education, and service support as required, with on-call responsibilities and an on-call

Responsibilities

• Process intake documentation, medical orders, and supporting records.
• Enter information into EMR/EHR, CRM, and order systems accurately.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and insurance teams to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with delivery, setup, education, and service support as needed.
