• Professionally handles crisis calls to determine next steps in the assessment process.
• Complete phone triage intake for all admission referrals.
• Review/monitor program data to provide evaluation and improve data quality.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Perform office duties such as patient registration, insurance verification, and courtesy calls.
• Manage emergency procedures for the organization.
• Operate switchboard and direct callers to the right contacts.
• Orient patients to the assessment process and complete admission paperwork.
