Pine Rest is seeking an Administrative Intake Support Specialist to provide intake phone triage, reception, and admission processing. You will join a compassionate team delivering culturally inclusive care and ensuring a smooth patient journey through registration, verification, and intake procedures.

This on-site role supports crisis handling, data review, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team to promote a positive patient experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide culturally inclusive care with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community setting.
• Interpersonal relationship skills to relate to patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

Responsabilités

• Handle crisis calls professionally to determine next steps in the assessment process.
• Complete phone triage intake for all HRS admission referrals.
• Review and monitor program data, providing evaluation to enhance data.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Perform office duties such as patient registration and insurance verification.
• Manage emergency procedures for the entire organization.
• Operate switchboard and direct callers to the right person.
• Orient patients to the assessment process and complete admission paperwork.
