Oak Street Health in Phoenix is seeking a Patient Growth Specialist (Outreach Executive I) to connect Medicare-eligible seniors with our care model. You will generate leads and serve as a brand ambassador at community events to drive local patient growth.

This role blends field outreach (60%) with clinic support (40%), requiring strong English/Spanish communication, CRM usage, and a passion for building trust within diverse communities.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Sales or Healthcare environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to cold call, manage digital lead channels, and influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional presence.
• Able to navigate external barriers and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; role is 60% field-based and 40% clinic-based.
• Weekend availability for events.
• US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Generate high-quality leads through community events and localized outreach.
• Identify and convert leads via cold calls, digital channels, and referrals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through persistent outreach.
• Stay updated on service updates and marketing initiatives; participate in team briefings.
• Collaborate with CRMs and Outreach leadership on lead-generation strategies and IA partnerships.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
