Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to build relationships with Medicare seniors in the local community and convert them into patients. You will work closely with Outreach Managers and CRM to drive patient growth in your territory.

Responsibilities include generating leads, cold calling, and nurturing prospects via email, phone, and networking. A multilingual ability and US work authorization are valued assets.

Qualificações

• Strong sales and outreach background preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with community members.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in target communities.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through event execution and local outreach.
• Prospect and cold call to new leads and channels.
• Maintain CRM entries and track sales activity.
• Collaborate with CRM, Outreach Manager, andDirector to drive local lead growth.
• Act as liaison between clinical and center teams to support patient onboarding.
