Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience delivering outstanding patient service.
• Associates degree or higher or currently enrolled in a relevant program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365; optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries, facilitate sales, and promote available products and services.
• Collaborate with retail and clinical teams to meet store goals and metrics.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist in patient complaint resolution.
• Assist with basic housekeeping and ensure brand standards in-store and lab areas.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical operations under supervision.
