Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a patient-focused Medical Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for patients and visitors. You will help create a positive experience while supporting efficient office operations and high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will greet and assist patients, verify insurance details, schedule appointments, handle phone inquiries, and assist with billing and MyChart tasks. This position is part-time with a day shift in Southeast Michigan.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of medical office or customer service experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with insurance/billing is a plus.

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check in patients and verify registration and insurance.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, route messages.
• Collect payments and support billing processes.
