Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and verify details.
• Schedule patient appointments per guidelines to meet productivity targets.
• Reconcile daily receipts and petty cash.
• Enter patient demographics into the EHR system.
• Ensure intake forms are complete before routing to the relevant department.
• Answer calls professionally and route messages accordingly.
• Schedule translators as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and respectful care.
