Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, families, and customers upon arrival while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor and screen visitors and staff entering designated areas; maintain logs or software.
• Answer and route phone calls; convey messages and provide information as needed.
• Coordinate access, schedule, and staffing to maintain required ratios.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters, attendance sheets, and registration materials as needed.
