Job summary

UK King’s Daughters is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to manage the Welcome and Information Centers, ensuring outstanding customer service and smooth communication across the organization. You will oversee desk and switchboard operations, coordinate staff schedules, and promote a welcoming environment.

In this role, you’ll train and coach team members, monitor interactions, and work with leadership to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 0–4 years of supervisory experience in service roles.
• Experience in healthcare welcome/information settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Welcome and Information Centers.
• Coordinate staff schedules and coverage.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Monitor customer interactions for accuracy and courtesy.
• Prepare performance metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments for consistent messaging.
