Qualifications

• 3-5 years equivalent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed management and transfer workflows to ensure timely patient movement.
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and nursing units to ensure timely transfers.
• Prioritize daily transfers and optimize patient flow across units and departments.
• Serve as primary contact for bed availability and admission concerns; ensure throughput on units.
• Support unit and hospital goals through teamwork and problem-solving and adherence to policy.
• Maintain composure and communicate clearly during high call volume to resolve issues.
