Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced Transfer Coordinator Leader to oversee the movement of patients from referring facilities to our campus, ensuring timely, safe transfers for complex cases.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field, a Georgia RN license, 5 years inpatient hospital experience with 2 years in leadership, and preferably a Master’s degree. You’ll drive patient flow and optimize care coordination across units.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia required upon hire.
