Job summary

Qualifications

• ASN required, RN with hospital bed management experience preferred.
• Experience in transfer coordination and patient flow management preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians, nurses, transport and environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed placement across UC Health facilities to ensure timely patient movement.
• Triage transfers and direct admits from home/clinic for UC Health patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, Care Coordinators and transfer software to ensure timely coordination.
