Job summary

Community is seeking an RN to oversee patient flow throughout the continuum of care, coordinating with the Command Center to ensure safe movement of patients into appropriate inpatient rooms or areas.

In this role, you will work with internal and external physicians, supervisors, and leadership to optimize operations in the Transfer Center and Bed Control functions, maintaining high standards of care and communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
