Qualifications

• BSN degree and active Illinois RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assess patient needs using nursing process and document in the medical record.
• Perform routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, meds, and vital signs.
• Coordinate care with other departments and outside facilities as needed.
• Triage calls and communicate plans of care with patients via MyChart or phone.
• Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols.
