Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Part-time Immediate Care Center Patient Flow Coordinator RN in Bronzeville. The role involves direct patient care as a clinician, educator, and consultant within the ICC, working 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.

You will coordinate patient flow, triage calls, and collaborate with the care team to ensure timely, safe care. Requirements include a BSN, current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of two years RN experience.

Formación

• BSN and current Illinois RN license are required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum two years of RN experience.
• Preferred: three years of emergency department or urgent care; national certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with OSHA.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, document findings, and communicate with physicians.
• Demonstrate clinical competency in routine nursing duties including phlebotomy and meds administration.
• Interpret abnormal test results and take appropriate remedial actions, documenting interventions.
