Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document in the medical record.
• Demonstrate clinical competency in routine nursing duties including phlebotomy and meds.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and external agencies as needed.
• Triage calls and results, communicate plans via电话 or MyChart, document assessments.
• Respond to medical emergencies per organizational protocols.
• Provide education to patients and support staff with clinical education.
