Northwestern Medicine seeks a Patient Flow Coordinator, RN (PFC, RN) to support ICC operations in Chicago. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, coordinate patient flow, and collaborate with physicians and care teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requires a BSN, active Illinois RN license, BLS, and at least two years of RN experience; ED/urgent care certification is a plus. This role includes 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday requirements and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.

• Triage calls and prioritize care needs in a fast-paced setting.
• Support education for patients and staff and assist with clinical leadership.
