Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling information and criteria to expedite patient preparation.
• Be proactive, listen, and offer alternatives when needed.
• Exhibit superb telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Support patient-first philosophy in all interactions.
• Use registration and scheduling systems; perform data entry as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes as necessary.
• Review schedules daily and communicate changes to staff.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
• Identify and resolve customer service issues; follow up as needed.
• Adhere to Orlando Health appearance policy and attendance policies.
