The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of medical front desk experience, familiarity with NextGen, Phreesia and EMA, and strong communication skills. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working at the front desk in a medical office/clinic.
• Prior experience with NextGen, Phreesia, and EMA is required.
• Prior dermatology or cosmetic experience is preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients, scheduling all appointments and handling routine inquiries.
• Prepare necessary patient paperwork before appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Record and collect patient copays and balances at check-in/out.
• Update patient information accurately in EMA and EMR systems.
