Formación

• Reads and interprets spectacle prescriptions and contact lens prescriptions.
• Delivers eyewear fitting, adjustments, and repairs with accuracy.
• Provides outstanding customer service and handles sales objections professionally.
• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, with patients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patients with an outstanding eyewear experience from selection to fitting.
• Process and complete orders through MEC’s point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, orders, payments, and insurance claims.
• Review and track lab orders to ensure timely completion.
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on receivables.
• Dispense prescription eyewear and contact lenses where applicable.
• Assist patients with eyewear adjustments, repairs, and cleaning.
• Maintain inventory and keep displays organized and stocked.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to optimize schedules and patient flow.
