MyEyeDr. in Austin, TX is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare while supporting a trusted community of doctors and teams. No optical experience is required as training and tools will be provided to learn the industry and best-in-class patient experience.

Some weekend and evening shifts are required. You will help patients select eyewear, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to sales goals while collaborating with doctors and office staff to ensure a seamless

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position is preferred.
• Willing to learn about industry, product and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and advise on needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales targets and contribute to office goals.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using provided training.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist and team for seamless patient experience.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
