• Direct patients to resources and coordinate with clinicians to optimize scheduling.
• Develop scheduling templates with leadership to ensure efficiency.
• Triages urgent care needs and assigns appropriate appointments.
• Communicate with dentists and physicians regarding patient care.
• Collect medical and dental histories and manage recalls.
• Advise patients on necessary documentation for check-in.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and safety, and ensure equipment readiness.
